After Hours Emergencies
Should you encounter an urgent issue or emergency with your property while our
office is closed, consult the emergency contact information and guidelines listed below.
For after-hours emergencies, we encourage tenants to first utilise our Tenant Concierge service and follow the on-screen prompts for immediate assistance. If our Concierge is not able to assist, we will be notified and will contact you.

Regarding lost keys or keys locked inside the property: Be aware that tenants will bear all locksmith costs in such instances. While you can typically reach us after hours at 6112 2688 and leaving your details, please note that we are not required to provide key replacements or facilitate property access due to lost keys outside regular business hours. If by chance, we are able to assist, there will be a call out fee.
